The Women in Architecture sea swim took place at 10.30am on Friday 15 October at Portstewart Strand. 8 brave attendees conquered the waves before enjoying a coffee at Harry’s Shack afterwards.

Swimming outdoors is not only good for your physical health, but also your mental health and helps deliver a good nights sleep. What’s not to love?!
