Refund and Returns Policy

Return of Damaged or Incorrectly Dispatched Goods

In the event that customers wish to return goods that are damaged within 30 days of receiving them, a full refund for the goods ordered and the original shipping costs will be given.

After 30 days of receiving damaged goods, a replacement or exchange may be offered.

For incorrectly dispatched goods, the RSUA Bookshop will request the goods to be returned. We will offer the customer either a full refund for the goods ordered (including the original shipping costs), or will dispatch the correct goods out to the customer. The goods should be returned (with original packaging when possible).

Returns and Refunds

Customers wishing to return unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods for a refund may do so up to 30 days after the invoice date. Please contact our Bookshop team in advance by emailing info@rsua.org.uk or calling +44 (0)28 9032 3760 to request details of how to return them.

We regret we are unable to accept the return of magazines, sale items or any bespoke items. Items which are available to purchase only by collection from the RSUA may only be returned in person by arrangement with the office. Please email info@rsua.org.uk for more information.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment as soon as possible but within 30 days. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank / credit card account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@rsua.org.uk.
