William Sutton Prize for social housing now open for entries

Since 2018, The William Sutton Prize has awarded more than £235,000 to launch social housing ideas that tackle some of the sector’s most urgent challenges. Through grant funding and business support, it aims to deliver lasting improvements to the social housing sector and social housing residents.

There are two categories for 2025:

  • The William Sutton Prize for Sustainability: Regenerative Places, with up to £50,000 in grant funding for ideas that restore and preserve the natural world.
  • The William Sutton Prize for Connected Communities, offering up to £25,000 in grant funding for initiatives that enhance residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.

Applications are open now and will close at midday on 8 April 2025.
