Travelling Scholarship for 3rd Year Undergrads
Is there a place in the world that you would love to explore? To see and experience its architecture on a journey of discovery, enlightenment and adventure.
If so, the Alan Barnes Travelling Scholarship might be for you.
The scholarship is open to any student born in Northern Ireland who is currently in the final year of an undergraduate architecture course at a School of Architecture in Ireland or Britain.
The scholarship is a minimum of £500 but could be as much as £1,000 depending on the nature of the proposed trip.
The scholarship will be given to the student who would make the most of it.

After that, all you have to do is describe how you would use the scholarship in no more than 500 words by 5pm on 11th December 2017.
If you are shortlisted you’ll be invited to attend a short interview in person or online.
Any if you are successful not only will the scholarship assist you with the costs of your trip but your review of the trip will be published in Perspective, the Journal of the Royal Society of Ulster Architects.
