As part of a National Lottery Heritage Fund application, Clogher Parish on behalf of St Macartan’s the Forth Chapel Committee is seeking a conservation accredited lead professional and design team to progress with the development of repair works to St Macartan’s, a Grade B+ listed church.
This project comprises the third and final phase of work undertaken to complete the restoration of the church. The proposed repair works have been identified through a condition report and include repairs to external walls and the introduction of external drainage.
The indicative grant budget is approximately £585K and should include preliminaries, repairs and design team fees. The implementation of works will be dependent on the successful outcome from the funding application.
