Tender Opportunity for Conservation Architects: Restoration of Bangor Courthouse

The Openhouse Festival is seeking an architect to provide services during the restoration of Bangor Court House, a Victorian listed building on Bangor seafront, which will be developed to become a cultural centre for the town. The project will be split into a development phase of approximately 12 months, and a delivery phase of approximately 12 months, with a break clause in between.
