On Friday 21 July 2023, architects gathered at the Sunflower Bar in Belfast for the annual Early Career Architects Forum’s Summer Social.
Following the success of last year’s event, this year’s theme was ‘Going it alone: the practicalities of setting up your own practice’. Three architects, Aidan McGrath from McGonigle McGrath, Joan McCoy from White Ink Architects and Ivor Hession from TÓG Architecture, chatted about their experiences of setting up and managing their own architectural practices.
