One week on from the news that the Planning Appeals Commission was going to commence remote hearings, the PAC has indicated that the first hearing is expected to take place in the next four to six weeks
The PAC is currently assessing the suitability of varying video conferencing facilities and on 1 June held an engagement event at which RSUA was represented alongside local authorities and other interested parties. Guidance for using remote hearings is also being developed and RSUA looks forward to further announcements over the coming period.
