Choice Housing Ireland is seeking to select architect led, multi-disciplinary design teams to lead the development of three separate new build projects at the following locations:
• Tower Street, Belfast (Lot 1)
• Parklands, Belsize Road, Lisburn (Lot 2)
• Clonaver Drive, Belfast (Lot 3)
The design contests for each project will involve demolition of existing structures on site and replacement with high quality housing for families and elderly residents, all of which will fully integrate with the respective surrounding areas and will bring brownfield sites back into full use. The design proposals for each site should create innovative and sustainable high quality housing options that reflect the characteristics unique to each locale while also challenging the perception of social housing design and delivery.
Tenders must be submitted via the eTendersNI portal and the closing date is 14 January 2022.
