Multi-Comfort Pavilion Design Competition 2016 for Young Architects

RSUA and JP Corry are delighted to announce the launch of a competition for young architects to design a pavilion around the theme of ‘comfort’.

The competition has been established to provide local architects under the age of 40 with an opportunity to unleash their creativity and to showcase their talent. The winner will be announced at a major event in late October 2016 where they will also pick up the prize of a luxury weekend for two in central London, taking in a west end show and a visit to the Saint-Gobain Innovation Centre.

Whilst there aren’t plans in the current year for the winning design to be constructed, we believe that this competition can act as a catalyst for the future inclusion of architectural pavilions inNorthern Ireland’s physical and cultural landscape.

Registration is now open until 26th August 2016 and competition entries must be submitted by 7th October 2016. Click here to register.

For full details on the design brief and the entry process read our short Guide to the Multi-Comfort Pavilion Design Competition 2016.

Please pass this notice on to architects who are not currently members of RSUA as the competition is open to all ARB registered architects under the age of 40.
