The RSUA Boardroom is available to RSUA Members to book free of charge.
Boardroom
The RSUA Boardroom, known as the Frances McMorris Room, comfortably seats 10. The room has a hanging system for exhibitions and we are always open to practices showcasing their work on the walls.
Members are welcome to request use of the room for meetings with clients etc between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday.
Refreshments and Catering
Members are free to make use of the RSUA kitchen and to access free supplies of tea, coffee and biscuits. You are kindly asked to tidy up after your meeting, leaving the room and kitchen as you found it.
If members wish to have a meeting serviced by RSUA staff, a small charge will be levied. This must be arranged in advance.
For more extensive catering, for example lunch, members are welcome to organise the delivery of food from caterers to the office.
Technology
The RSUA Boardroom is equipped with a Yealink MeetingBoard 86” Screen as well as an Owl Video Conferencing camera and microphone. This equipment not only facilitates the display of high quality presentations by wirelessly connecting your laptop to the MeetingBoard but the Owl Video Conferencing equipment provides the most up to date technology for online meetings. The MeetingBoard also allows for annotations on screen and the ability to save any drawings or notes that are made. If you require further information on the equipment please contact Julia or Kerry via the details below.
Travel and Car Parking
Members are encouraged to use public transport and to walk or cycle to meetings at RSUA. However if driving, RSUA has a very limited number of car parking passes for use in Mount Charles. Typically a maximum of two cars could be accommodated with advance notice. A car parking pass must be obtained from the RSUA office and returned again after your meeting.
How to book
