Launch of the Heritage Angel Awards 2024

Ulster Architectural Heritage have announced the Official Launch of the Heritage Angel Awards 2024.

The Heritage Angel Awards celebrate the achievement of individuals, groups and communities who have helped to rescue, regenerate, research and record built heritage in Northern Ireland. Ranging from large scale restoration and regeneration projects to volunteers impassioned to promote a local landmark they love, the Heritage Angel Awards are a way to formally recognise the important contribution people make to the care and conservation of historic buildings and places.

Awards categories:

• Best Maintenance of a Historic Building or Place
• Best Rescue of an Historic Building or Place – under £1million
• Best Major Regeneration of an Historic Building or Place – over £1million
• Best Contribution to a Heritage Project by Young People
• Best Craftsmanship or Apprentice on a Heritage Rescue or Repair Project
• Best Research, Interpretation or Recording of a Historic Building or Place
