Essential Criteria:
– Architect: ARB or RIAI Registered
– Technologists: CIAT Registered
– A passion for architecture and design
– Demonstration of architectural thinking, design and technical understanding
Desirable Criteria:
– Proven competency in the delivery of high quality architectural projects
– Production of detailed technical Construction Drawing and Specification Packages
– Contract Administration of Projects at Construction Stage (UK/Ireland)
– Delivery of projects using BIM
– Experience of UK or Ireland Contracts
– Demonstrated Communication Skills
– UK/EU Driving Licence
