Requirements
• ARB-registered Architect
• 2–5 years’ post-Part III professional experience
• Strong design ability supported by solid technical knowledge
• Good understanding of regulatory frameworks and technical
standards
• Ability to independently manage and deliver projects across all RIBA
stages
• Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills
• NEC contract experience (preferable)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Archicad, Photoshop, Word and Excel
• Full driving licence and access to a car (travel will be required)

The Role

You will play a key role in leading and contributing to projects, working collaboratively within our team and alongside the wider consultant team, while managing responsibilities across multiple stages of design and delivery.
You will be responsible for:
• Leading project design and delivery across all RIBA stages
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing client
relationships
• Preparing and overseeing detailed design, technical documentation,
and specifications
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and best
practice
• Contributing to practice development and mentoring junior team
members
