Architect

Consarc is a renowned, award-winning architectural practice based in Belfast. Specialising in a diverse range of exciting projects, including conservation, contemporary architecture, and interior design, we are looking to expand our team due to our continued success and growth.

We’re seeking a talented, ambitious architect who is passionate about delivering high quality design lead projects.  We are looking for an architect with post Part 3 experience to join our dynamic team.  In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering projects across all RIBA stages.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of inspiring projects with an emphasis on design and client delivery.  Strong presentation skills and a creative approach to communicating ideas are essential.  The following key requirements are preferable:

• Proficiency in Revit in a professional office environment is highly desirable.
• Skilled in AutoCAD and experienced in 3D modelling.
• Experience in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) desirable.
• Strong technical and detailing skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality, well-crafted work.
