Help to curate the RSUA Study Trip to Vienna

21/02/24

At the end of 2023 RSUA announced that the next Study Trip would be to Vienna, Austria from 6-9 June 2024. The aim of RSUA Study Trips is straightforward.  We want to develop a trip which is stimulating, engaging, thought provoking and friendship forming; a trip which has the potential, just maybe, to change how we think and act when we get back.

Booking has now closed for this year’s trip and with close to 50 people confirming their place, it is set to be our busiest trip yet! However we still have a key space yet to fill and that is of the Trip Curator. The curator benefits from a free place on the trip in exchange for their time and efforts to create a packed itinerary full of opportunities to engage with both the people and the place of Vienna. This role is key to a successful study trip and will involve working with RSUA staff to propose activities, contacting local practices and organising architect-led tours.

We are looking for an RSUA member who has spent time in Vienna and may have local connections to the city however even if you haven’t been to the city before if you are someone who will be proactive and motivated to curate an engaging itinerary of events then we want to hear from you!
