Go Succeed: Business support scheme for Northern Ireland

RSUA wishes to draw members’ attention to the “Go Succeed” business support scheme for Northern Ireland, which is funded by the UK Government.

Led by Northern Ireland’s 11 local councils, Go Succeed assigns “expert mentors” to businesses that successfully apply to the scheme. These businesses receive between ten and 21 hours of fully funded mentoring, with optional access to specialist workshops, webinars, and bootcamps. Eligible businesses may also be able to apply for a Go Succeed grant of up to £3,000.

Go Succeed has informed RSUA that tailored support for architects might include:

  • Help tendering for large-scale contracts
  • Process improvement
  • Upskilling and staff development
  • Exploring new markets
  • Digital marketing

Help and advice are available for individuals starting their own business, those who have recently started a business, and owners of established businesses.

To apply for the Go Succeed scheme, you can register your interest here.

If you have any questions beyond the information provided here or on the Go Succeed website, please contact Curtis Large, RSUA Policy and Public Affairs Officer, at curtis@rsua.org.uk, who can direct your query.
