South Eastern Regional College (SERC) offers two fully funded OCN NI Level 5 Qualifications that may be of interest to RSUA members.
OCN NI Level 5 Certificate in Green Technologies and OCN NI Level 5 Certificate in Retrofitting Domestic Properties are fully funded by DfE and available on a part-time basis.
The primary aim of the courses is to give candidates hands-on practical experience of various technologies and methods of improving building energy performance, by way of some practical onsite training and assessments (Identified as a prefix -P-), as well as online tutorials and online assignments.
Please note: The Sept 2023 PAS235 BSi documentation Annex A now includes OCN NI Level 5 extended certificate in Retrofitting Domestic Properties as meeting the requirements of PAS2035 Retrofit Coordinator.
