The RIBA has recently announced the longlist for the 2015 RIBA Manser Medal.
The Manser Medal is awarded every year to the best new house designed by an architect in the UK and amongst the twenty homes that have made the longlist, four are from Northern Ireland:-

Grillagh Water by Patrick Bradley Architects
House on Church Road by Hall McKnight
Victoria Road by Hall McKnight
