The Education Authority are seeking pre-market engagement on the procurement of Integrated Design Teams for Above Threshold works for the Education Authority in Northern Ireland.
This pre-market engagement is in the form of a survey and targets those who tender for work with the Education Authority.
The purpose of this survey is to engage with external stakeholders to understand the general perceptions within the industry on the current procurement methods. The results from this survey will assist in developing more efficient methods for both the Contracting Authority and Economic Operators.
