The Ask An Architect deadline for bookings has been extended until Sunday 10 October.
The Belfast City Marathon, which forms a significant part of the fundraising and awareness raising for the initiative, was put back a week until 3 October. The Ask An Architect booking deadline was put back accordingly to take advantage of the marathon buzz to raise awareness of the initiative and get some of the remaining consultation slots filled.
In the final 10 days before bookings close, RSUA has requested support from members as the final push is made to raise vital funds for Friends of the Cancer Centre.
Following up on the Belfast Telegraph article, other media outlets have been called upon to get on board and social media posts are planned for the run up to the 10th October.
Ciarán Fox said: “We’d really appreciate your help in this final push, even if your practice has already filled all available slots. Keep an eye out for our posts on social media and share with your followers if you can. We’re also asking for good pictures of completed works that started with an Ask An Architect consultation that we could use in the press or on social media.”
Members who have suitable images are asked to send them through to Jude Falloon at jude@rsua.org.uk.
