The RSUA Procurement Committee organised a meeting with David Logan and Stephen McCullough from Belfast City Council to update members on the recent framework proposal for professional advisory services which is being developed as part of the Belfast Agenda. The framework has received expressions of interest from all but one local authorities in Northern Ireland and Queen’s University Belfast.
Whilst Belfast City Council hasn’t yet decided which pricing mechanism to use, they are moving towards 100% quality mechanism and would like the framework to be live before Easter 2020.
RSUA also recommended that under the Belfast Agenda, Belfast City Council should commit to running a design competition for new talent once a year.
