Part II Architectural Assistant

We are seeking a talented and motivated Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to work on a wide variety of projects, gaining hands-on experience across all RIBA stages. At StudioSixty3, you will be given responsibility and exposure to real-world project challenges, working closely with clients and consultants in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of projects across all RIBA stages (0-7), contributing to both design and technical aspects.
• Work on detailed drawings, 3D models, planning applications, and building regulation packages.
• Support project team in compiling tender packages and producing technical documentation.
• Assist in site inspections, project coordination, and liaising with contractors and consultants.
• Work closely with clients, ensuring that design intent and project goals are effectively communicated and achieved.
• Contribute creatively to concept design, problem-solving, and project development.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• RIBA Part 2 qualification in Architecture.
• Strong design skills with a portfolio showcasing creativity, technical ability, and problem-solving.
• Understanding of  planning policies and building control regulations.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD (preferred) or willingness to learn.
• Experience with 3D modelling, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation software.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work within a team and independently.
