Architectural Technologist

We are currently seeking a full-time Architectural Technologist who is enthusiastic and self-motivated, wishes to engage in the delivery of a variety of projects through RIBA stage 0-7, and has an eye for quality design, detailing and site delivery.

Role Requirements: 

• Qualification in Architectural Technology
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role.
• Good understanding of current NI Building Regulations.
• The ability to compile working drawing packages.
• Specification writing.
• Experience of carrying out site inspections.
• Working knowledge of Archicad or Revit BIM software preferable.
