Architect

Whittaker & Watt Architects are looking for an Architect to join our growing studio. We are an established practice, formed in 1986, with a family ethos. You'll be part of a close knit team, with a proactive approach to project delivery. The role will involve working on a diverse portfolio, including new-build and refurbishment projects, with a strong emphasis on service, and collaboration.

Applicants for this role must be qualified and have a minimum of 1-2 years post Part III experience.

What we’re looking for:

- A passionate and positive individual with experience working within a team.
- Understanding of the RIBA Work Stages and ability to take a project from Concept to Completion.
- Strong design and technical skills, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality projects.
- Excellent knowledge of construction details and building control requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to solve problems.
