You will lead exciting, technically complex projects, from concept through to completion, and have the opportunity to influence design outcomes across the UK and Ireland. Working within a collaborative studio environment, you will: • Lead project delivery and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams • Host client and design team meetings • Regularly attend site visits to review progress and coordinate technical information • Champion design excellence and technical rigor across all project stagesWhat You’ll Need to Succeed To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria: • Registered Architect with the ability to carry out the full range of professional services • Minimum of 7 years’ post-registration experience within an architectural practice • Healthcare and/or Education experience (desirable) • At least 2 years’ experience leading major capital projects as a Design Team Leader • Strong design sensibility combined with robust technical skills • Proficiency in Revit (essential) • Solid working knowledge of Building Regulations and CDM Regulations • A collaborative mindset and the ability to mentor junior team members What We Offer Join us and be part of a practice where your ideas, ambition, and talent can thrive. |
