Incorrect use of title ‘architect’ by legal representatives

RSUA have been contacted by members highlighting the incorrect use of the title ‘architect’ on several occasions by legal representatives in court cases.

RSUA have written to the Law Society and asked that they remind their members of the strict definition of this title and they have responded to say they have now done so via their internal e-newsletter.
