Tour of the Kingscourt Brick Plant Co.Cavan – Postponed

POSTPONED

We have arranged an RSUA tour of the only clay brick manufacturing plant on the island of Ireland.

Lagan Group recently recommissioned its clay brick plant in Kingscourt and the plant is now up to full production with the capacity to produce 12.5m bricks for the UK and Irish markets.

Jody Guilfoyle, General Manager of Kingscourt Brick, will host a tour of the whole process showing how brick is manufactured from raw material to finished product.  During the tour members will have the opportunity to question Jody on all aspects of clay brick manufacturing.

Commercial Director, Keith O’Sullivan and Senior Brick Specifier, Andy Caulfield will give a CPD Presentation on Brick Specification and Site Workmanship.
