Permitted Development Rights – planning for permission?

Architects have extensive experience of navigating the planning system on behalf of clients, but what if an application isn’t even necessary?

Permitted Development rights could allow more construction projects without the expense and delay that seeking planning permission can create.  This short and focused seminar, delivered by planning consultants Turley, will equip architects with the knowledge and information to help deliver projects within the rules of permitted development.  Note RSUA is trialling recording of CPD events for members and this session will be recorded

Course content

Whilst permitted development rights are quite extensive and apply across many sectors this seminar will give practical advice on the following categories:

  • Dwellings
  • Shops
  • Offices
  • Questions and Answers
