Architects have extensive experience of navigating the planning system on behalf of clients, but what if an application isn’t even necessary?
Permitted Development rights could allow more construction projects without the expense and delay that seeking planning permission can create. This short and focused seminar, delivered by planning consultants Turley, will equip architects with the knowledge and information to help deliver projects within the rules of permitted development. Note RSUA is trialling recording of CPD events for members and this session will be recorded

Philip Stinson is a director at Turley having joined in January 2018. Philip is involved in a broad range of projects across a range of sectors. Prior to joining Philip spent over 15 years in the public sector including 10 years in the Strategic Planning Division leading regionally significant planning applications through to Ministerial decision.
