Lisa Raynes: Making small practice work well

Queen’s University Belfast, in association with RSUA, invites you to an after-work talk by architect Lisa Raynes on 13th December 2016 on how to make the most of small practice.

Lisa started her own practice in 2009 after more than a decade of professional experience in a larger practice environment. Despite being in the middle of the recession Lisa successfully carved out a meaningful architectural career that also allowed her to balance her family life and believes that her approach is replicable.

Lisa explained, “I created Pride Road in order to share my knowledge and business model with any architects who would like to follow in my footsteps, to have a secure job, a good income, take pride in their work and have a much better work-life balance”
