Architects will be aware of Design & Access Statements (DAS) as an integral part of the planning system in Northern Ireland, after all councils are required by legislation to request them for certain types of development. But when will you need to complete one to support your projects and what do you need to include? This short seminar, delivered by planning consultants Turley, will equip architects with the knowledge and information needed to discharge this responsibility on behalf of their clients.

Philip Stinson is a director at Turley having joined in January 2018. Philip is involved in a broad range of projects across a range of sectors. Prior to joining Philip spent over 15 years in the public sector including 10 years in the Strategic Planning Division leading regionally significant planning applications through to Ministerial decision.
