Bookings closed

Architects will be aware of Design & Access Statements (DAS) as an integral part of the planning system in Northern Ireland, after all councils are required by legislation to request them for certain types of development.  But when will you need to complete one to support your projects and what do you need to include?  This short seminar, delivered by planning consultants Turley, will equip architects with the knowledge and information needed to discharge this responsibility on behalf of their clients.

Course content

This session will cover:

  • The legislative requirements surrounding Design and Access Statements (DAS)
  • When a DAS is needed
  • What should be included in a DAS
  • Guidance which supports the legislation
  • Q&A
