Cookstown General Meeting & Site Visit to CDE’s new HQ

You are invited to the second RSUA General Meeting of 2018 which is taking place in Cookstown on 7^th March.

The meeting begins at 12.30pm over lunch at the Tullylagan Hotel and will be followed at 1.45pm by a brief presentation by Jason Arthur, Director at Teague & Sally, on CDE’s new 55,000 sq ft corporate headquarters currently under construction. After the presentation everyone is invited to make the very short drive to the site where Jason will provide a tour. Features of interest at present include cantilever floors, use of finished concrete and curved curtain walling.

General Meetings are an opportunity for the full membership of RSUA to find out more about the organisation’s activities, to ask questions, raise issues, propose initiatives and to meet other members.

3. Members questions, issues, proposals

This meeting follows on from the very successful tour of the Ballymena Health and Care Centre in February. Future General Meetings and architect-led tours will be held in the North-South Ministerial Council building in Armagh (13^th April) and Belfast (31^st May).
