What else would you be doing on a Tuesday night anyway?

In tardy honour of International Women’s Day 2020 (only two days late), the Ask An Architect Salon brings together people who want to talk architecture and 8 fantastic female architects who collectively know A LOT about the subject. Want to talk about your project, get design ideas, ask about planning or building control, improve your energy efficiency? Or maybe talk about the big picture – what’s going on with architecture in our city? Or may you just want to find out what an architect actually does or how you become one? No topic is barred.

This enormously informal event, which is being very kindly sponsored by van Dijk architects, is part of the ​ask an architect initiative which is raising funds for the ​Friends of the Cancer Centre to support local research into cancer treatments. Entry is £10 or £5 for students and all entry fees go to the charity.

Doors open at 7.30pm with things aiming to kick off at 7.45pm.
