Queen’s Architecture Society (ArcSoc) in partnership with the Royal Society of Ulster Architects (RSUA) is delighted to invite you to a public talk by MVRDV.
MVRDV partner Bertrand Schippan (Dunkerque, France 1981) was educated at the Ecole Nationale Supérieur d’Architecture in Lille, the Escuela Tecnica Superior de Arquitectura of Coruna, and the Technische Universiteit of Eindhoven. He worked as an architect and urbanist in several international architecture offices such as FGP Atelier, Ateliers Jean Nouvel, and West 8.
He was the founder of the Paris office of MVRDV and current one of the partner in mvrdv. Due to his key role in projects of different scales – from single building to masterplans – Bertrand created his own singular approach and made a contribution in projects of different scale, such as Project of Grand Paris, La Part Dieu in Lyon and Gaité Montparnasse in Paris.
