Building Regulations for Older Buildings: Conservation & Compliance

The adaptation of older buildings is needed to meet the needs of users and occupants today. However, repair, restoration and adaptation need to be done appropriately to ensure the built fabric is not compromised whilst also meeting statutory requirements.
