RSUA is hosting the next edition of ‘What I’m Working On’ talks for Early Career Architects.
These informal sessions seek to provide an opportunity for early career architects to share their experiences, give an insight into the projects currently on their desks and discuss their various roles.
The fourth event in the ‘What I’m Working On’ series is being held online at 1pm on Tuesday 16 May 2023 with the following speakers:
- Cathal Crumley – Studio Cathal Crumley
Cathal studied architecture at Queens University and has previously worked with Macreanor Lavington, David Chipperfield and White Arkitekter. Cathal was part of the winning team for the ‘Storylines’ Early Career Architects competition and has recently established Studio Cathal Crumley based in Stockholm, Sweden.
- Matthew Kernan – Arigho Larmour Wheeler Architects
Matthew currently works with Arigho Larmour Wheeler Architects and has previously worked with Clancy Moore Architects and Hall McKnight. In 2019, Matthew was part of the winning team that developed the ‘SoundYard’ project within Belfast’s Maritime Mile.
The event which will be hosted on Microsoft Teams is open to all early career architects. Early career is defined as the first ten years of active work as an architect. Periods where an architect is not actively working as an architect are not considered part of the first ten years.
