The Sixth Edition
RSUA is hosting the next edition of ‘What I’m Working On’ talks for Early Career Architects.
These informal sessions seek to provide an opportunity for early career architects to share their experiences, give an insight into the projects currently on their desks and discuss their various roles.
The next event in the ‘What I’m Working On’ series is being held online at 1pm to 2pm on Friday 28 June 2024 and will be delivered by Alice Nickell and Cormac McAteer.
- Alice Nickell currently works with McGonigle McGrath Architects and has previously worked with TAKA Architects in Dublin. Alice was recently awarded Project Architect of the Year for her work on the award-winning House on Redbrae Farm.
- Cormac McAteer is Project Architect with White Ink Architects in Belfast and was part of the team which delivered Northern Ireland’s Building of the Year in 2024 the Ulster University Belfast Campus.
Both will be sharing their experiences as part of the award-winning teams, reflecting on their personal contributions and discussing projects which are currently on their desks.
The event which will be hosted on Microsoft Teams is open to all early career architects. Early career is defined as the first ten years of active work as an architect. Periods where an architect is not actively working as an architect are not considered part of the first ten years.
