Rural development continues to be very attractive for many people in Northern Ireland. It is a highly contested area of the planning process and one that many RSUA members must grapple with on a regular basis.
To assist members to stay up to date in this area, RSUA has organised a seminar which will review the implications of recent decisions of the Planning Appeals Commission and the NI Courts.

With more than a quarter of a century’s specialist experience, he works in all spheres of development, including residential, commercial, conservation, retail, waste and energy.
