Inspire the next generation of young architects by joining the CITB Construction Ambassador Programme. 

Do you want to inspire young people to choose architecture as a profession? 

RSUA has been offered four places on the CITB construction ambassador programme. The programme aims to promote careers in the construction sector by giving students a real-life perspective through visiting schools and attending careers events.

The role of a construction ambassador is to inspire, enthuse and inform young people about the built environment and the opportunities that a career in construction may bring.

What is the time commitment?

You should aim to attend a minimum of one careers event per year and a maximum of four careers events per year. 

Do I need previous experience?

A construction ambassador can come from any construction background, although they should have at least two years’ experience of training or employment and be based in Northern Ireland.
