Architects lead sold out tours at European Heritage Open Days

16 September 2024

Over the weekend, 7 architect-led buildings tours organised by the RSUA Conservation Committee took place. These tours were part of the programme of over 260 European Heritage Open Day events across the weekend.

Tour groups heard from the architects behind newly completed projects, the Titanic Distillers building at Thompson’s Dock and The Printworks building on Queen Street, as well as RSUA Design Award winning projects The Bank Buildings and St Comgall’s. Tours of other conservation projects also included Queen’s Conservation Area, Queen’s Arcade and St Patrick’s Church in Newtownards.

We would like to thank all the architects who led the tours over the weekend and everyone who attended.
